Practical information

1. Do our identification numbers (VAT, SIRET, SIREN) change?

No, our identification numbers remain unchanged following the rebranding.

2. Are the bank details changed?

No, our bank details remain the same and are not affected by the rebranding. Contact our finance department for more information by tel.: +32 56 85 91 59 or email: info@odigo-dm.com.

3. Do the postal addresses remain the same?

The rebranding does not affect our postal addresses, which remain the same. Here are the different addresses as a reminder:

ODIGO Belgium: 95 Boulevard Industriel – 7700 Mouscron (head office)
ODIGO France: 81 rue du Pré Catelan – 59110 La Madeleine
ODIGO Netherlands: Meerdwarsweg 5 NL – 7815 XX Emmen
ODIGO Germany: Württemberger Str. 3 – 72768 Reutlingen

4. What happens to the old email addresses?

The old email addresses (@vprint.be, @vialto.net, @ipress-dm.com) will remain active until the end of 2025. However, they will no longer be used to send messages. All emails sent to these addresses will be automatically redirected to their equivalents in @odigo-dm.com.

5. Is the website changing?

Yes, our new website is now: www.odigo-dm.com. The old sites (vprint.be and i-pressdm.com) will remain accessible until the end of 2025, but will no longer be updated.

6. Will the company names of the group’s legal entities change?

Yes, the company names of the group’s entities will change in the second half of 2025. A specific communication will be sent on this subject. Until then, the existing company names (Vprint Belgium, Vprint France, Vialto and I-Press DM) will continue to appear on all official documents, accompanied by the new logo following the new graphic charter.
