Mouscron, 26\/06\/2025 \u2013 ODIGO, a leading European player in the design and production of personalised communication media, announces the strategic acquisition of MDO, a French company renowned for its routing expertise of nearly 40 years. This acquisition is a real strategic lever, enabling ODIGO to provide its customers with an even more comprehensive offering while strengthening its presence in France and Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n

This merger is part of a clear strategy: to strengthen the vertical integration of ODIGO’s offering in order to provide its customers with a comprehensive solution for printed communications, from detailed data management to production and logistics. Thanks to MDO, ODIGO is expanding its industrial and logistical capabilities while consolidating its presence on the French and European markets.<\/span><\/p>\n
